I have a variety of training packages available for you, please contact me for details.
In general, one hour lasts usually 60 minutes – if required, I can also train for 90 minutes with you.
My hourly fees are generally calculated according to the volume of the package you book with me. But don’t worry: Our initial meeting is free of charge and lasts between 30 and 60 minutes. During the conversation I will take a comprehensive personal anamnesis, we will clarify your goals and you can already check whether you feel comfortable with me as your trainer.

My offer:
I supervise all training sessions with you, and will also be happy to create personalised training plans for you based on the latest scientific standards. Since I work independently (unlike large personal training studios) this allows me to take care of all your needs and gain a comprehensive picture of you. This allows me to quickly identify weaknesses and work with you to correct them.
I also have a dedicated programme design that is progressively structured. You can basically choose between
- Bodyweight focus (e.g. Calesthenics, TRX)
- weight training (e.g. barbell, kettlebell, dumbbell)
- a combination of both
- Weight loss
- Strength/strength endurance
- Mass building
- Weight loss
- a completely individual adaptation / sport-specific programme design
You can find me at Fitness First Schwabing and, when the weather is nice, also outside: in the English Garden (northern part and in the south near Kleinhesseloher See), in Luitpoldpark, in Nymphenburger Schlosspark and in the Fitnessparkparcours Isarauen. I also offer home visits in Schwabing and the surrounding area by appointment. I also offer online coaching via Zoom if you are on the road or feel more comfortable at home in times of Corona.
You can train with me:
- Monday to Friday 7 am to 10 pm
- Saturdays by arrangement
And of course during your lunch break.
