As a former rowing athlete, sport-specific training is particularly close to my heart. I already train some former competitive athletes who felt unwell before because they realised: I want to reach my old performance level again, I have very good abilities – but I am now struggling with signs of wear and tear.
But don’t worry: I have a very successful concept for these needs. I help you, as a former competitive athlete, to get a performance-oriented training even after your highly active time, which maintains your level, brings quick success and is a lot of fun.

In addition, I design a useful compensatory training for ambitious athletes of all disciplines that is both varied and motivating.

I offer sport-specific training for the following sports:
- Golf
- rowing
- triathlon
- running
- ice hockey
Together we’ll improve your movement patterns, do balance training, provide stability at the ankles, knees and hips – and by using massage guns like the Hypervolt, you’ll also relax and feel good.
