No step without data, performance and movement analyses. This way we can measure your progress based on objective criteria.
I offer the following analyses for this purpose:
- FMS (Functional Movement Screen): Standardised and world-renowned method for analysing fundamental movement patterns and identifying the main risk factors for injuries. From this I derive corrective exercises that compensate for the weaknesses in your movement patterns.

- Manual Functional Diagnostics: for specific problems, to test movement control and range of motion of specific joints.
- Bioelectrical impedance analysis: here a device passes a painless electrical stimulus through the body and provides data on body fat percentage, bone density, biological age, condition of muscles, etc.
- Maximum strength test, once a year
- Cooper tests: an endurance test on a treadmill or bicycle ergometer
- Rowing ergometer tests on the rowing machine
- Benchmark workouts from CrossFit
- FTP test (for triathletes): 5, 20, 60 minutes
