Cross training/ HIIT

In cross-training, I challenge you and get you out of your comfort zone with lots of fun and power. We use exercises with kettlebells, deadlifts, barbells, weight balls and endurance machines such as the rowing ergometer. We call up different intensities (example: HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training) and energy supply types that require different metabolic types, such as fat burning. You get the guarantee from me: Afterwards you feel like you have given everything and you feel strong and healthy!
