Strength training

As a passionate performance-oriented athlete, strength-based training is the fundamental pillar of my activities. Numerous studies prove that strength training is the basis for a proper workout and thus also for a healthy body; much more than endurance training.
I offer two types of strength-oriented training:
- Progression for bodyweight training: for example, building up different push-ups to one-arm handstand push-ups, etc.
- Progression for strength training: increasing of weight in basic exercises such as deadlifts, squats, bench presses, dips or shoulder presses
The decision for one of the two methods depends on your objectives, whether you want to train indoors or outdoors, etc.
Basically, I work with basic exercises that have proven themselves and have been around for 100 years, such as bench presses, deadlifts or pull-ups. I don’t believe in fun exercises that look impressive but don’t achieve anything. Instagram in particular has unfortunately set some misguided trends. Bodybuilding is not my approach either. What I want for you: a healthy body, a fit mind and energy in everyday life. I always ask myself with new trends: Does this provide an additional value?

I do research, tests and evaluations in order to get the most out of my services for you. It’s a job I do for you – so you can be sure that you’ll always get the best training with me.
